Terms of Purchase

Purchases will be shipped within 7 days of purchase. Order may be canceled for a refund prior to shipment. No refunds or cancellations after product has been shipped. Ensure compatibility with your vehicle before purchase.

Products are shipped from San Diego, CA. Products shipped to California are subjected to the tax rate of the destination address.

Support

Email support is provided for the transmitter and apps. Support is not provided for vehicle diagnostics.

Warranty

One year warranty limited to defects in manufacturing. Damaged enclosure voids warranty. Buyer pays for shipping inoperable product to seller for inspection. If a failure is determined to be the result of a manufacturing defect, the buyer will either receive a repaired or new product. Seller pays return shipping of warrantied replacement product to US addresses. Non US customers will receive a $6 credit towards cost of international return shipping. Warranty returns must be approved before shipping to seller. Contact for return shipping address.
